General Use
By using our website or booking a golf cart, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Reservations
- Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Renter must be at least 21 years of age (or 25 if you prefer).
Payment & Deposits
- A deposit may be required at booking.
- Full payment is due prior to delivery.
- A security deposit may be held and released after inspection.
Cancellations
You can customize this section based on your policy. Example:
- Cancellations 14+ days before rental: Full refund.
- 7–13 days prior: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: No refund.
Weather policy:
- No refunds for weather unless conditions are unsafe and rental cannot be delivered.
Prohibited Use
Golf carts may not be:
- Driven by anyone not listed on the rental agreement
- Operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Used off-road or on restricted highways
- Overloaded beyond passenger capacity
- Sub-rented
Limitation of Liability
Joyride Golf Cart Rentals LLC is not liable for:
- Injuries caused by misuse
- Personal property damage or loss
- Accidents caused by renter negligence
Use of the cart is at renter’s own risk.
